1. Tell us the date and the venue. Request a quote with your date, venue and the booth you have in mind. We reply within one business day with availability and a proposal that lists everything included.
2. Reserve the date. Sign the contract in our client portal and pay a 25% reservation fee. The balance is due 14 days before the event.
3. We design your print. Your template is built around your names, monogram and date, or your logo and brand colors. You approve it before the event.
4. The night itself. We arrive about an hour before guests do, set up and test everything. A professional attendant runs every session. Photos go to guests’ phones by text or email within seconds, even when the venue’s Wi-Fi is down, because our booths carry their own connection.
5. Your gallery. Every photo from the night lands in a private online gallery within 24 to 72 hours.

Most couples choose the Glam Booth for black-and-white photos guests frame, or the Open Air for the whole bridal party in one shot. Your print carries your names, monogram and date, and a professional attendant handles every session from the first dance to the last song.
CORPORATE EVENTS
Holiday parties, conferences, galas and brand activations run on a schedule, and the booth runs with it. We set up before doors open, put your logo on every print and digital photo, and can add an email opt-in and a post-event report. Certificate of insurance on request, with proposal, contract and invoice in one portal.

We are based in Houston and work across the metro every weekend. Photo booth rentals in Katy and Fulshear, Sugar Land and Missouri City, The Woodlands and Spring, Cypress, Pearland, Clear Lake, League City and Galveston, plus regular dates at venues further out such as Briscoe Manor in Richmond and Aylin Acres in Montgomery. Recent and repeat venues include the Marriott Marquis Houston, Hotel ZaZa in the Museum District, the Hilton Post Oak, Lakeside Country Club, The Peach Orchard and White Oaks on the Bayou. Travel within the Houston area is part of the package.

How early do you arrive?
